8/23/2010 - Federal League Needs Extra Time

The Broome County Blades are the 2010 Federal League Champions after a stunning 4 goal 3rd period comeback by the Hyannis Port Presidents including a goal from Mike Arnold to beat the buzzer at the end of regulation. However the celebration was cut short in overtime when Matt Whelchel scored to give Broome County the win. Congrats to everyone who participated this summer. Steve Valot wins the Federal League MVP. Steve posted 18 goals and 17 assists for a total of 35 points.
