Racers aquire free agent J. Sargeant. Whalers trade A. Mears to Aeros who send C. Sanchez to Racers who send a 1st round draft choice to the Whalers in a 3 way deal. J. Massie has had a sucessful try out with Aeros and is signed to a deal worth -$60 for one season. B. Baker clears waivers and is claimed by the Aeros.
